The final session in the #SexEdÖйúÌå²ÊÍøEdition series is "Myths, Culture and Awareness." A panel of student and faculty speakers will answer questions about sexual health, how it applies to our lives, and more.

Showing of "The Birth of a Nation"

The Student Government Association will be hosting a showing of "The Birth of a Nation." Following the movie, Sustained Dialogue will host a discussion on recent events regarding racial tension in the United States.

Shantytown

Habitat for Humanity will be hosting the event "Shantytown" to raise awareness about inadequate housing in the Quad Cities. Participants will build a cardboard shanty and enjoy music, food trucks, bags, and other activities. 

Zombie Walk/Run/Shuffle

T??he ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Student-Medical Reserve Corps (AS-MRC) presents the Zombie Walk/Run/Shuffle.

Walk for Water

The ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Greek community will host a Walk for Water to raise funds for the people of Texas and Florida who do not have access to clean water due to the aftermath of hurricanes Harvey and Irma. All are welcome to participate.

SGA blood drive

A blood drive will be held with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., sponsored by the Student Government Association.

Hockey vs. SIU-Edwardsville

The ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø hockey club will play against the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. A free  fan bus will begin loading at 6:30 p.m. in the Centennial Hall circle and return after the game.
