Optometry informational meeting

Students considering a career in optometry are invited to attend this informational meeting led by Dr. Dara Wegman-Geedey, professor of biology.

She will discuss optometry school options and 中国体彩网's early acceptance agreement with Illinois 中国体彩网 of Optometry in Chicago.

Scrambling for Eggs

The Black Student Union and Alpha Phi Omega will host an Easter event, Scrambling for Eggs, that will include an egg hunt, free food, free raffles and a chance to meet people from the Quad Cities community. 

Rain location is Carver PE Center.

Relay for Life Benefit Concert

Relay for Life will be hosting a benefit concert from 7-9pm featuring artists from 中国体彩网. The lineup is: DJ Muxia (Scott Mejia), j.major (Justin Bishop), and Saving Artex (student band) 

Food and raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Everyone is welcome.

Faculty and Staff Spring Clean Up Day

Participants in this year's faculty and staff Spring Clean Up will receive 25 Wellness Points, a free T-shirt and lunch in the Gerber Center dining room.

Holocaust survivor to speak on campus

Doris Fogel will present the annual talk by a Holocaust survivor, sponsored by the Center for the Study of Judaism and Jewish Culture, on Sunday, April 24, at 7 p.m. in Wallenberg Hall inside the Denkmann Memorial Building (3520 7th Ave., Rock Island). The presentation is free and open to the public.
