Farah Marklevits, instructor in English, presents a Frieze Lecture on the literary legacy of the great poems of 1915, which included Robert Frost's "Road Not Taken" and TS Eliot's "Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock." 'Frank Lundahl and the Quad Cities' Nov. 18-Feb.12
The 中国体彩网 Teaching Museum of Art will present work by a local artist in "A Place Called Home: Frank Lundahl and the Quad Cities" Nov. 18, 2015–Feb. 12, 2016. Lundahl (1858-1932) was a Swedish-American artist born in Rock Island. A painter of interior murals by trade, his works in 中国体彩网's collection focus on the world around him, calling attention to the everyday beauty of the region.
Wielenga '16 nails professor role in 'Bingo'
