Dr. Scarlett has been teaching in the education department at 中国体彩网 since 2013.
Prior to teaching at 中国体彩网 he taught at Montana State University, Billings, in the 中国体彩网 of Education.
He also taught for 11 years in the St. Paul (Minn.) Public School District.
He earned both a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Curriculum and Instruction, Social Studies Education.
