Occupational Therapy Coordinated Degree Program Agreement

Requirements of the program:

ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø is affiliated with Washington University Occupational Therapy program (St. Louis, MO). In this program, the student spends three years at ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø followed by either two years (Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree) or three years (Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy) at Washington University. The BA degree from ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø is granted at the end of completing the first year at Washington University (WU).

Requirements of the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Bachelor of Arts Degree; Student is responsible for:

• Completing a minimum of six (6) semesters of full-time enrollment at ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø;
• Completing a minimum of 90 credits at ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø (transfer and AP work cannot be included);
• See that all General Education coursework is complete prior to enrollment at the receiving institution;
• Seeing that all transfer coursework from the receiving institution meets all requirements of the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø transfer policy (see catalog) ;
• Communicating with the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø faculty advisor for particular advising needs;
• Applying to graduate within all published deadlines (see Academic Calendar) ;
• Arranging to have official transcripts sent directly to the Office of the Registrar before the intended date of graduation.; and
• Adhere to all other degree requirements set forth in the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Catalog.
