ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Choir to tour Scandinavia

The ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Choir, under the direction of Dr. Jon Hurty, will perform concerts in Norway and Sweden May 30-June 7, 2026.  Ahead of the tour, they will perform at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Davenport on May 17.

Established in 1931, the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Choir has been conducted by Dr. Hurty since 1996. Under his direction, the choir has performed at Orchestra Hall in Chicago, Alice Tully Hall and Carnegie Hall in New York City, as well as many major cathedrals and concert venues in Sweden, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, Austria, Japan, Korea, Spain, France and the Czech Republic.

Most recently, the group toured Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas in 2025 and California in 2024.
