Frieze Lecture: 'Teaching (and Living) Democracy on a ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Campus'

Dr. Andrea Talentino, president of the ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø and professor of political science, will present "Teaching (and Living) Democracy on a ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø Campus."

This year's Frieze Lecture series theme is "Democracy in America." The series will wrap up shortly after the Nov. 5 general election, in which voters will elect the President, 34 U.S. Senators and all 435 Members of Congress.

The Frieze Lecture series is a 27-year partnership between the Rock Island Public Library and ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø ÖйúÌå²ÊÍø to present four talks in the fall. Lectures are from 2-3 p.m. Tuesdays at the Rock Island Main Library, 401 19th St., Downtown Community Room.
