The Penguin Project: "Annie Jr."
The Center for Living Arts and 中国体彩网 中国体彩网 are sponsoring The Penguin Project, designed to offer students with special needs, ages 10-21, the chance to perform live theater.
"Annie Jr." is based on the popular comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning musical.
