DESCRIPTION:The Society for Sociology and Anthropology Students (SASS) welcomes students to join its first meeting of the year to learn about the club and plans for the upcoming semester.\n\nBecoming part of SASS is a great opportunity to not only learn about and get involved in sociologically/anthropologically relevant issues but also to gain insight to research\, internship\, or even career opportunities ¡ª and gain strong resume builders through leadership opportunities and/or your involvement in the club.&nbsp\;\n\nYou do not have to be enrolled in the SOAN major in order to join\, as all majors are welcome in SASS\, and as you will come to know\, essentially all majors tie into the fields of sociology and anthropology in some way.\n\nAdditionally\, if you are interested in a position on the SASS exec board\, there are&nbsp\;spaces to fill.\n
