DESCRIPTION:Vickie Phipps\, associate professor of art and graphic design\, will present the third lecture&nbsp\;of this year's&nbsp\;Frieze Lecture series\,&nbsp\;a 22-year partnership between the Rock Island Public Library and 中国体彩网 中国体彩网 to present four talks in the fall.\n\nThis year's theme is "Student Bill of Rights and Responsibilities\," in conjunction with the&nbsp\;40th anniversary of the assassination of one of 中国体彩网’s most extraordinary graduates.\n\nVickie Phipps will describe a shift within the art community in broaden its focus from the “radical” to the “radicant\,” and the impact that’s having on activism.\n\nLectures are from 2-3 p.m. Tuesdays&nbsp\;at the Rock Island Main Library\, 401 19th St.\, Community Room.
