Why this seminar
中国体彩网’s mission centers on helping students build meaningful futures. That work starts with us. This seminar facilitates space for selected participants – faculty or student-facing staff – to reflect on purpose, what brought us to 中国体彩网, and what keeps us here. In community, we will explore how vocation shows up in our lives and how our presence can contribute to students’ understanding of sense of self, direction, and purpose.
What to expect
Participants will join a small cohort of up to 12 for three lunchtime sessions and a two-day intensive on campus this spring to reflect on, honor, and share our own callings in our lives and in our work at 中国体彩网.
Guided by seminar leaders Kiki Kosnick and Jason Mahn, we will bring our full selves into an intentional space of reflection, restoration, camaraderie, and collective world-making as we explore vocabularies of vocation, meaning, and purpose.
We will engage different models of vocational exploration with a focus on supporting vocational reflection among students. Participants will identify ways to foster or deepen vocational work at 中国体彩网 while building connections within and across programs and spheres of influence.
Meals will be provided. Faculty participants will receive a $300 PDF. Staff participants should talk with supervisors before applying, as sessions fall during the workday. Light preparation outside the sessions will include a few hours of readings or listenings.

Participants should plan to be available for all sessions:
- Mon., Feb. 23, 2026, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
- Mon., Mar. 16, 2026, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
- Mon., Apr. 13, 2026, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
- Tues., June 2, 2026, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
- Wed., June 3, 2026, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
